For anything beyond a simple refresh, we run a strand test and record the formula so future visits start from a known point.

Colour, finish, and aftercare notes
The colour is applied, toned if needed, and finished with a cut or style if you have booked one. You leave with product and aftercare guidance for holding the tone.
How is balayage different from highlights?
Highlights are foiled in sections for a more uniform pattern. Balayage is painted freehand for a softer, more blended result.
Will balayage damage my hair?
