A yard that feels at home on the shore.
Weekly care and considered landscape work for Jersey Shore properties. We plan for salt air, sandy soil, and the pace of summer rentals.
Serving Wall Township, Spring Lake, Brielle, Manasquan, Sea Girt, Belmar, Avon-by-the-Sea, Bradley Beach, Spring Lake Heights, Point Pleasant, Point Pleasant Beach, Bay Head, Mantoloking, Brick, Lavallette, Toms River, Island Heights, Seaside Park.
The Shorecrest approach
Salt, wind, and summer traffic ask more of a yard. Good care starts with the site itself.
We work from Wall Township across nearby shore towns. The same office coordinates mowing, beds, patios, cleanups, and irrigation. Each scope begins with a walk of the property and a clear plan for the season.
The work

What is included in weekly service?
Most weekly visits include mowing, trimming, edging where part of the plan, and blowing clippings from hard surfaces. We confirm the scope before the first visit.
What plants work best near salt air?
We usually look for hardy shrubs, grasses, and perennials that can handle wind, sandy soil, heat, and occasional salt exposure. The final choice depends on sun, drainage, and how much care you want to provide.
When should shore lawns be seeded?
Early fall is often the best window because soil is warm, weed pressure is lower, and new grass has time to root before summer.
How long does a paver patio take?
Small patios can often be completed in a few working days once materials are ready. Larger projects depend on access, base work, weather, and layout.
Do irrigation systems need winterization?
Yes. Sprinkler lines should be shut down and cleared before hard freezes so heads, valves, and lines are not damaged.
Do you help after storms?
Yes. Customers can call the storm cleanup response line for branches, sand, leaves, and yard debris after coastal weather.
