Accessibility

How this site is built to be usable, and what to do if something gets in your way.

Approach

This site is built as plain semantic HTML with real headings, real links and real form labels, so it works with a keyboard and with a screen reader. Text sits on backgrounds chosen for contrast rather than for effect, and nothing depends on colour alone to convey meaning.

Motion is limited and respects the reduced-motion preference set at the operating system level. There is no autoplaying audio and no content that moves without the reader asking it to.

Known limits of this demo

  • The contact form is inert, so it cannot be submitted by any means
  • Sample listings carry no live data and no property-level detail pages
  • Photography is generated and carries descriptive alt text written for the layout rather than for a specific property

SAMPLE STATEMENT. A claiming brokerage replaces this page with its own accessibility statement, including a real contact route for reporting a barrier, which fair housing obligations make more than a formality in this vertical.

Sample content shown for template preview. A claiming brokerage replaces the listings, market figures, licence number, coverage area and contact details with its own.
