Services

Commercial and HOA

Scheduled work for properties where the exterior is the first thing a customer or a resident sees.

Commercial exterior cleaning is mostly a scheduling problem. The work itself is the same, but it has to happen without closing a storefront, blocking a fire lane, or waking a building at the wrong hour.

We schedule around the property rather than around our route. For retail that usually means early morning; for residential buildings it usually means mid-week daytime; for restaurants it means before the kitchen opens.

What the service includes

  • Building elevations, walkways and entryways
  • Dumpster pads, service areas and loading zones
  • Parking areas, curbing and concrete
  • Awnings, signage surrounds and storefront glass surrounds
  • Recurring schedules by month, quarter or season

How the job runs

1. Walk the property

We map what needs doing, what needs access, and what cannot be interrupted.

2. Agree a window

The schedule is written around your operating hours, not ours, and it is in the quote.

3. Recur or revisit

Most properties settle into a rhythm. We hold the schedule and you stop having to think about it.

Common questions

Do you carry the insurance our management company requires?

We are licensed and insured and can provide a certificate naming the property, which is what most management companies ask for.

Can you work overnight?

For some properties, yes. It depends on lighting, water access, and whether the noise reaches residents.

Do you handle HOA common areas?

Yes, including walkways, mail kiosks, pool surrounds and clubhouse exteriors.
