House washing
A full exterior soft wash that takes the grey off your siding and keeps the water on the outside of it.
Siding does not usually get dirty so much as colonised. The grey-green cast on a shore-area house is mildew and algae living in the salt film, and it comes back fast if you only knock the surface layer off.
We apply a low-pressure cleaning solution across the elevation, give it time to work, then rinse. The pressure at the wall is closer to a garden hose than a pressure washer, which is the point: vinyl seams, stucco, and painted wood all let water in when it is driven at them.

Common questions
Will it damage my plants?
Landscaping is saturated with clean water before we start and rinsed again after, which is what keeps the solution from concentrating on foliage.
How long does it last?
Longer than pressure washing, because the growth is killed rather than blasted off. Shore-area homes that get direct salt spray need it more often than inland ones.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can reach an outside spigot and the gates are unlocked. Most customers are not.
